About the Role
- As a Shop Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Shop Manager to:
- Ensure the shop is an inviting space, brimming with well-presented, regularly refreshed stock.
- Drive sales and help the team achieve its targets.
- Build a strong volunteer team, inspiring them with your energy and passion.
- Step into the Manager’s shoes on their day off, keeping the shop running smoothly.
