Key Responsibilities:
As a Morning Cleaner at Minster Cleaning, your primary duties will include:
- General Cleaning: Perform tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming office areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Restroom Hygiene: Clean and sanitise toilets, sinks, mirrors, and other restroom areas to ensure they meet hygiene standards.
- Waste Management: Empty bins and dispose of waste in a hygienic and responsible manner.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Clean kitchen surfaces, appliances, and dishes to keep the area tidy and functional.
- Restocking Supplies: Ensure the supply of essential items such as toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning products are adequately stocked.
- Reporting Issues: Report any maintenance concerns or supply shortages to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate for this Morning Cleaner role will possess the following:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in commercial cleaning (preferred but not essential).
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to cleaning and the ability to work efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to report issues promptly.
- Physical Stamina: The physical capability to perform cleaning tasks during the designated hours.
- Health & Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety standards related to cleaning practices.
