Key Responsibilities of the Room Attendant:

As a Room Attendant, you will be an essential part of our housekeeping team, ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and Maintaining Guest Rooms: Ensure all guest rooms meet the hotel’s high cleanliness standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Replenishing Supplies: Restock guest rooms with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and any other items required for guest comfort.
• Guest Experience: Provide excellent service to guests by maintaining cleanliness and responding to any specific requests to enhance their stay.
• Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance faults and handle lost property in accordance with company procedures.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all appliances, fixtures, and fittings are safe and functioning according to health and safety regulations, reporting any issues to the Head Housekeeper.
