What You’ll Do as a Healthcare Assistant:
As a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant at Harmony Healthcare, you will:
- Provide hands-on care for clients with complex health needs, including assistance with ventilation, suctioning, and tracheostomy.
- Help clients maintain their independence and dignity in community-based settings.
- Develop and follow person-centred care plans to ensure the best outcomes for each individual.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals and the family of the client to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care.
What You’ll Bring:
