About the Role: Night Care Assistant at Signature Senior Lifestyle

At Signature Senior Lifestyle, we are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our luxury care and nursing home in Highgate. As part of our team, you will help us deliver exceptional care to our residents in a friendly and supportive environment.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our residents, providing personalized care to meet their daily needs. You will assist with a variety of activities, from basic personal care such as washing, dressing, eating, and mobility support, to specialized care for residents with dementia. You’ll also help create a homely atmosphere by supporting residents in activities such as bingo, shopping, and live music sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking, and mobility.
• Support residents in making their apartments feel like home.
• Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, respecting their choices, dignity, and independence.
• Contribute to developing individualized Care Plans and provide specialist support as needed.
• Engage residents in fun and stimulating activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of each resident at all times.

• Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (but not essential)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic IT skills
• A caring nature and empathy for the elderly, especially those with dementia
