Role Overview:
As a Night Support Worker with Ivolve Care, you’ll be helping adults with a variety of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries (ABI), and mental health challenges. This is a full-time position with 35 hours per week on a shift rota basis, including evenings and weekends. The hourly rate starts from £11.44 – £11.70 (increasing to £12.21 – £12.47 from April 1st), making this a rewarding and competitive opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Night Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality support tailored to the needs of the individuals in your care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health challenges.
- Empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.
- Assisting with daily activities like cooking, arts, music, movie nights, and outings.
- Providing practical support such as managing medication, shopping, health, hygiene, and safety.
- Following all procedures to ensure consistent, safe, and reliable care.
- Helping individuals achieve their personal goals and providing emotional support when needed.

Essential Skills:

- Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (if applicable).
Desirable Skills:
- RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
- Previous experience within a social care setting.
- Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks and Equal Opportunities.
- Confident IT user.
