🕒 Role Details
- Job Title: Night Social Care Worker
- Location: Wey View, Addlestone (near Chertsey and Weybridge)
- Shift Pattern: Night shifts + weekends (on rota basis)
- Hours: 24 per week (with flexible working options)
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Wey View is a beautifully refurbished residential care home located in Addlestone, Surrey (KT15). We support up to ten adults with learning disabilities, autism, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. With 24-hour staffing and a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Team, this home is a safe, nurturing space that empowers individuals to grow, learn, and enjoy life.
👩⚕️ Your Key Responsibilities
As a Night Social Care Worker, your role will include:
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Administering medication as per care plans
- Supporting individuals with evening routines and emotional reassurance
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Promoting independence and safeguarding dignity
- Following all care policies and best practices
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent overnight care
