We’re currently looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dependable individual to join our award-winning team as a Night Care Assistant.
About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, your role will be to deliver high-quality personal care and support to our residents, working closely with the wider care team to ensure a consistent and compassionate approach.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting residents with personal hygiene and daily living tasks while promoting independence, dignity, and respect.
- Monitoring residents for potential clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, or signs of infection — and escalating concerns promptly.
- Communicating respectfully with residents and visitors, always upholding their dignity and individuality.
- Following safe working practices and maintaining a clean, secure, and comfortable environment.
About You
You don’t need previous care experience — we offer a comprehensive induction and training program to help you feel confident and supported in your role.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Can communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Shows initiative and treats others with kindness and respect.
- Works well as part of a team and follows instructions responsibly.
- Is adaptable and ready to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
