Role Overview: Security Supervisor at Buchanan Bus Station As a Security Supervisor at Buchanan Bus Station (Glasgow, G2 3NW), you will play a vital role in overseeing security operations and ensuring the safety and security of the premises. The role is an excellent opportunity for a security professional to demonstrate leadership, manage a team, and engage with a range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: In this Security Supervisor role, you will:
- Lead Security Operations: Provide front-line management and oversight of all security services and ensure the smooth execution of operations.
- Incident Response: Act as the designated first responder to all incidents, addressing security issues promptly and effectively.
- Site Implementation & Evaluation: Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new sites, working closely with clients to understand security requirements, ensure access control, and secure key areas.
- Fleet Management: Take responsibility for the security contract vehicle fleet, including maintenance, reporting, and resolving any issues.
- Deputise for Account Manager: In the absence of the Account Manager, step in to manage operations, ensuring continuity of service and effective communication with all stakeholders.
