Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Room Attendant, your daily tasks will include:
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards: You will ensure that all guest rooms are serviced to our luxury standards.
- Guest Interaction: Greeting guests courteously and assisting with any room-related requests.
- Team Collaboration: Regular communication with the Housekeeping Supervisors to maintain smooth operations.
- Room Maintenance Reporting: Reporting any necessary maintenance work to be carried out in the guest bedrooms.
- Handling Guest Property: Appropriately dealing with guest property left behind in rooms.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to all health and safety guidelines, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals as per COSHH regulations.
