Job Description:
As a Retail Catering Assistant, you will play an essential role in providing excellent customer service while working within a fast-paced retail catering environment. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving food, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers. You will be expected to collaborate with other team members to meet daily operational goals and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages in line with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and storage areas
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Assist with general housekeeping and clearing tasks
- Ensure all customers have a positive and enjoyable experience
Requirements:

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or catering
