Key Responsibilities:
- Site Security: Open and lock the school premises, ensuring security protocols are adhered to at all times.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out general maintenance tasks and minor repairs to keep the school in top condition.
- Health & Safety: Assist with safety inspections and health checks throughout the school site.
- Cleanliness & Waste Disposal: Ensure the school is clean and well-maintained, handling waste disposal efficiently.
- Setting Up: Prepare rooms and facilities for school events and activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the existing caretaker team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caretaking, facilities management, or maintenance is preferred.
