Contract: Permanent, 15 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

To help us maintain the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our clinical and centre facilities, we are seeking a dedicated Cleaner. This role is crucial in upholding infection prevention and control protocols while maintaining cleanliness across various areas. As a Cleaner at MSI UK, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional care and a safe environment for both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene: Ensure that all areas of the facility, including clinical spaces, restrooms, and public areas, are cleaned to the highest standards, following established protocols and hygiene guidelines.
  • Follow Infection Control Protocols: Adhere strictly to infection prevention and control procedures to ensure a safe, clean environment for both staff and clients.
  • General Cleaning Duties: Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces, as well as handling waste disposal responsibly.
  • Report Maintenance Issues: Communicate any issues with cleaning equipment, supplies, or facility maintenance to the Operations Manager.
  • Engage in Positive Interactions: Demonstrate excellent communication and cooperation skills with colleagues and staff in a diverse and inclusive setting.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in healthcare cleaning or a similar role is desirable, though not essential. Knowledge of infection control standards and cleaning equipment is a plus.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential to succeed in this role.
