Key Responsibilities of a Cleaner:
As a Cleaner, you’ll be playing a pivotal role in keeping the restaurant looking its best at all times. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning the Restaurant: Sweeping, mopping, and tidying up the restaurant, ensuring everything is spotless and ready for service.
- Maintaining the Kitchen: Keeping the kitchen clean and organized, ensuring all corners and cupboards are spick and span.
- Supporting the Team: Collaborating with both Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently.
- Upholding Standards: Following Zizzi’s cleaning processes and guidelines to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
